【摘要】:本文作者通過研究OTA與航空企業(yè)縱向一體化的案例,發(fā)現(xiàn)OTA企業(yè)實施縱向一體化可以繞開市場中的種種壁壘,規(guī)避市場風險。同時,實施縱向一體化策略會使OTA企業(yè)獲益良多,能夠幫助其將經(jīng)營業(yè)務擴展至航空公司領域,同時優(yōu)化經(jīng)營服務。本文作者通過構(gòu)建模型進一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),無論是在寡頭競爭還是壟斷市場結(jié)構(gòu)中,實施縱向一體化的平臺企業(yè)均能夠獲得額外的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:By studying the case of vertical integration of OTA and aviation enterprises, the author finds that vertical integration of OTA enterprises can circumvent all kinds of barriers in the market and avoid market risks. At the same time, the implementation of vertical integration strategy will benefit OTA enterprises a lot. It can help it to expand its business to airlines and optimize its business services. By building a model, the author finds that in oligopolistic competition or monopolistic market structure, both oligopoly and monopolistic market structure, Vertical integration of the implementation of platform enterprises can obtain additional competitive advantage.
