【摘要】:港口物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)侵敢愿劭跒榉⻊?wù)集成商,將裝卸、加工、倉儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸、報(bào)關(guān)、配送、金融等各類服務(wù)供應(yīng)商和客戶(包括付貨人和船公司等)有效結(jié)合成一體,并在正確的時(shí)間,把正確數(shù)量的商品配送到正確地點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)成本最低的功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)。港口與各個(gè)功能型物流服務(wù)提供商的合作是實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的重要保證。加強(qiáng)港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的企業(yè)合作模式、港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)分配機(jī)制的研究,不僅具有積極的理論意義,也具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 論文對(duì)港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)合作模式進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的探討,主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 1.論文對(duì)港口供應(yīng)鏈的概念和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié);較為詳細(xì)地闡述了港口供應(yīng)鏈的提出與發(fā)展的過程,分析了港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的特點(diǎn)、功能、構(gòu)建目標(biāo)和原則。 2.對(duì)港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的企業(yè)合作模式進(jìn)行了研究,,分別對(duì)港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈三種主要合作模式即橫向與縱向合作模式、項(xiàng)目短期型與業(yè)務(wù)長(zhǎng)期型合作模式、資產(chǎn)合作型和設(shè)施外包型合作模式進(jìn)行了分析。 3.對(duì)港口供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)利潤(rùn)分配模式的重要性進(jìn)行了分析;闡述了港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)分配問題研究現(xiàn)狀;分析并比較了三種典型的港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)利潤(rùn)分配模式,即:固定收入利潤(rùn)分配模型、固定收入加線性型利潤(rùn)分配模型、收入共享型利潤(rùn)分配模型。 4.論文將利潤(rùn)分配模式與博弈理論進(jìn)行結(jié)合,論述得出:港口服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈合作企業(yè)雙方均從集體利益最大化的角度選擇自己的努力水平,則雙方的期望凈收益大于雙方均從個(gè)體利益決策或雙方中其中一方從個(gè)體利益決策的利潤(rùn)收益值。因此,雙方均從集體利益的角度進(jìn)行合作,其收益將大于其他合作模式的收益,這種合作模式與其他模式存在收益差Δπ,對(duì)于收益差Δπ如何分配問題,論文引入耐心度的貼現(xiàn)因子,在羅賓斯坦討價(jià)還價(jià)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,分配合作增加的利潤(rùn)。 5.對(duì)天津港物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈合作模式進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。論文立足于天津港。闡述了天津港發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析了天津港的當(dāng)前形勢(shì)并對(duì)國內(nèi)外港口開展服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了分析,介紹了天津港與各個(gè)地方無水港合作的典型模式以及合作中的利潤(rùn)分配方法。
[Abstract]:Port logistics service supply chain refers to the effective integration of loading and unloading, processing, warehousing, transportation, customs declaration, distribution, finance and other service providers and customers (including shippers and shipping companies, etc.). And deliver the right quantity of goods to the right place at the right time, The cooperation between port and various functional logistics service providers is an important guarantee to realize the long-term stability of service supply chain. The study of profit distribution mechanism of port service supply chain is not only of positive theoretical significance, but also of strong practical value. This paper discusses the cooperation mode of port service supply chain enterprises in detail, including the following aspects:. 1. This paper analyzes and summarizes the concept and structure of the port supply chain, expounds in detail the process of the port supply chain's putting forward and developing, analyzes the characteristics, functions, construction objectives and principles of the port service supply chain. 2. The enterprise cooperation mode of port service supply chain is studied. The three main cooperation modes of port service supply chain are horizontal and vertical cooperation mode, project short-term cooperation mode and business long-term cooperation mode. The cooperation mode of asset cooperation and facility outsourcing is analyzed. 3. The importance of profit distribution model of port supply chain enterprises is analyzed, the present situation of profit distribution in port service supply chain is expounded, and three typical profit distribution modes of port service supply chain enterprises are analyzed and compared. Namely: fixed income profit distribution model, fixed income plus linear profit distribution model, income sharing profit distribution model. 4. Combining the profit distribution model with the game theory, it is concluded that both parties of the port service supply chain choose their own level of effort from the angle of maximizing the collective benefits. The expected net income of both parties is greater than the value of the profits of both parties in the decision-making of individual interests or of one of the parties in the decision-making of individual interests. Therefore, both sides cooperate from the perspective of collective interests, The profit will be greater than that of other cooperation modes. There is a difference between this mode and other modes, 螖 蟺. For the problem of how to distribute the benefit difference 螖 蟺, this paper introduces the discount factor of patience, based on Robin Stein's bargaining model. Distribute the increased profits of the cooperation. 5. The cooperation mode of logistics service supply chain of Tianjin Port is studied empirically. The paper is based on Tianjin Port. The development of Tianjin Port is expounded. This paper analyzes the current situation of Tianjin Port, analyzes the experience of domestic and foreign ports in carrying out cooperation in service supply chain, introduces the typical mode of cooperation between Tianjin Port and local waterless ports and the method of profit distribution in cooperation.
