【摘要】：在線機票預(yù)訂網(wǎng)站上的用戶查詢量變化反應(yīng)了民航市場需求的變化.通過對用戶在線查詢大數(shù)據(jù)的分析,可以及時準確地發(fā)現(xiàn)異常的民航需求,有利于機票代理及航空公司做出快速的市場反應(yīng).本文提出了一種新穎的民航異常需求發(fā)現(xiàn)方法,基于不同航線的用戶查詢量時間序列,并利用全國航線網(wǎng)絡(luò),從網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體而非單條航線的視角來檢測民航需求異常.基于某在線訂票網(wǎng)站的真實查詢數(shù)據(jù)集進行了實驗,表明本文提出的方法能夠有效地從用戶查詢行為記錄中及時發(fā)現(xiàn)民航異常需求.
[Abstract]:The changes in the number of users querying on the online ticket booking website reflect the changes in the demand of the civil aviation market. Through the analysis of big data, a user's online query, the abnormal civil aviation demand can be found in a timely and accurate manner. This paper presents a novel method for detecting the abnormal demand of civil aviation, which is based on the time series of users' query on different routes, and makes use of the national airline network. The anomaly of civil aviation demand is detected from the perspective of the network as a whole rather than a single route. Based on the real query data set of a certain online booking website, the experiment is carried out. The results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively detect the abnormal requirements of civil aviation in time from the user's query behavior records.
