【摘要】：我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)存在時(shí)間較短,市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管制度與西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還存在監(jiān)管制度不完善、證監(jiān)會(huì)和銀監(jiān)會(huì)效能不足等問(wèn)題,阻礙我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的健康發(fā)展。監(jiān)管制度的不完善導(dǎo)致我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性與投機(jī)性,不僅損害投資者的利益,而且會(huì)擾亂我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的正常秩序。文章提出從構(gòu)建資本市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系、強(qiáng)化資本市場(chǎng)信息披露制度、逐步推進(jìn)股權(quán)分置改革三方面對(duì)我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管制度進(jìn)行完善。
[Abstract]:The capital market of our country exists for a short time, the market supervision system is not perfect compared with the western developed countries, and the efficiency of the Securities Regulatory Commission and the Banking Regulatory Commission is insufficient, which hinders the healthy development of the capital market of our country. The imperfection of the supervision system leads to the high risk and speculation of our country's capital market, which not only damages the interests of investors, but also disturbs the normal order of our country's capital market. This paper puts forward to perfect the supervision system of China's capital market from three aspects: constructing the risk warning index system of capital market supervision, strengthening the information disclosure system of capital market, and pushing forward the reform of split share structure step by step.
