【摘要】：十八大報(bào)告提出經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)穩(wěn)定、穩(wěn)步增長的目標(biāo),即到2020年實(shí)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)和城鄉(xiāng)居民人均收入比2010年翻一番,自此吹響了未來十年中國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步增長的號(hào)角。而股票市場與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長密切相關(guān),經(jīng)濟(jì)增長可以促進(jìn)股市繁榮,股市繁榮也可以推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。政府要在股市的健康運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方面發(fā)揮積極的作用,加快股市制度建設(shè)。熔斷制度就是政府完善股市制度建設(shè)的善意決策,但實(shí)際效果卻適得其反。對(duì)此,研究熔斷機(jī)制"早夭"的原因,對(duì)今后股市制度改革以及順利完成全面建成小康社會(huì)具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:The eighteen major reports put forward the goal of steady economic growth and steady growth, that is, by 2020, the per capita income of GDP and urban and rural residents doubled in 2010, which has booms the number of steady growth in the next ten years. The stock market is closely related to economic growth, and economic growth can promote stock market prosperity. Prosperity can also promote economic growth. The government should play an active role in the healthy operation of the stock market and accelerate the construction of the stock market system. The fusing system is the good faith decision of the government to perfect the stock market system, but the actual effect is counterproductive. It is of great significance to complete a well-off society in an all-round way.
