利率市場化背景下寧夏銀行盈利模式的轉型研究

【摘要】:20世紀70年代以來,經(jīng)濟一體化、金融自由化浪潮推動了利率市場化的實現(xiàn),促進了世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。利率市場化的深入要求銀行業(yè)轉變現(xiàn)有盈利模式。但隨著存款利率市場化逐漸深入,存款利率放開,銀行負債成本增加相對較快,銀行利差收入面臨向下壓力。因而,商業(yè)銀行只有轉變依靠存貸款利差收入為主的盈利模式,發(fā)展擴大非利息業(yè)務收入的盈利模式。寧夏銀行是1998年由寧夏回族自治區(qū)、銀川市兩級政府及企業(yè)入股組建的一家股份制地方銀行。對利率市場化背景下寧夏銀行的盈利模式的轉型研究,不僅對目前增強寧夏銀行的盈利能力有著積極作用,還對本地其他中小金融機構的盈利模式轉型有著借鑒意義、為增強西部地區(qū)城市商業(yè)銀行整體服務能力和改革績效都有著極為重要的帶動作用。本文以寧夏銀行為例,研究其盈利模式創(chuàng)新的途徑和方法。第一,對利率市場化、商業(yè)銀行及盈利模式的含義進行了界定,對商業(yè)銀行盈利模式理論進行歸納總結;第二,在相關理論作為前提的基礎下,結合收集到的年報數(shù)據(jù)、媒體網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù),分析寧夏銀行目前主要盈利模式,面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),運營情況和問題;并全面研究利率回歸資本市場對于寧夏銀行盈利模式造成的正負面影響。第三,選取財務指標以寧夏銀行、黃河銀行、石嘴山銀行作為研究對象,進行盈利能力的比較;同時選取招商銀行作為比較對象,主要對招商銀行和寧夏銀行的非利息收入進行比較,尋找兩者的差距,總結適合寧夏以后的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗。第四,得出本文的研究結論,對利率市場化背景下寧夏銀行盈利模式轉型進行研究,提出建議:增加自主定價權,推動非利息業(yè)務,表內(nèi)外業(yè)務創(chuàng)新等。
[Abstract]:Since 1970s, economic integration and financial liberalization have promoted the realization of interest rate liberalization. This has promoted the development of the world economy. The deepening of interest rate liberalization requires the banking industry to change its existing profit model. However, with the gradual deepening of the marketization of deposit interest rates and the liberalization of deposit interest rates, the cost of bank liabilities increases relatively quickly. Bank interest margin income is under downward pressure. Therefore, commercial banks can only change their profit model, which mainly depends on deposit and loan interest margin income, and develop a profit model to expand non-interest business income. In 1998, Ningxia Bank was established in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region. A joint-stock local bank set up by two levels of government and enterprises in Yinchuan City. The study on the transformation of the profit model of Ningxia Bank under the background of marketization of interest rate not only plays a positive role in enhancing the profitability of Ningxia Bank at present. It is also of great significance for other small and medium-sized financial institutions in the region to transform their profit models, and play an extremely important role in promoting the overall service capacity and reform performance of urban commercial banks in the western region. This paper takes Ningxia Bank as an example. First, it defines the interest rate marketization, the meaning of commercial bank and profit model, summarizes the profit model theory of commercial bank. On the basis of relevant theories, combined with the annual report data collected and media network data, this paper analyzes the current main profit model, opportunities and challenges, operation situation and problems of Ningxia Bank. And comprehensively study the positive and negative impact of the return of interest rate capital market on the profit model of Ningxia Bank. Thirdly, select the financial indicators of Ningxia Bank, Yellow River Bank, Shizuishan Bank as the research object, and compare the profitability of Ningxia Bank, Yellow River Bank and Shizuishan Bank; At the same time, select China Merchants Bank as the comparative object, mainly compare the non-interest income of China Merchants Bank and Ningxia Bank, find out the gap between the two, summarize the development experience suitable for Ningxia. 4th, draw the conclusion of this paper. This paper studies the transformation of profit mode of Ningxia Bank under the background of interest rate marketization, and puts forward some suggestions: to increase the independent pricing power, to promote the non-interest business, to innovate the internal and external business, and so on.
