【摘要】：在當(dāng)前煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展較為低迷的新形勢下,對煤炭上市公司的財務(wù)績效進(jìn)行科學(xué)評價不僅對于上市公司本身,而且對于整個煤炭行業(yè)的發(fā)展都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果之上,對26家煤炭上市公司2012-2016年的財務(wù)報表數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建了煤炭上市公司財務(wù)績效評價的指標(biāo)體系,在對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選時,采用聚類分析法和非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)合運(yùn)用,隨后運(yùn)用改進(jìn)后的CRITIC客觀賦權(quán)法對經(jīng)過篩選的指標(biāo)賦權(quán)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,輔之以賦予時間維度權(quán)數(shù),構(gòu)建了煤炭上市公司財務(wù)績效評價的灰色動態(tài)模型,并對我國煤炭上市公司的財務(wù)績效進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析與評價,得到了煤炭上市公司的財務(wù)績效動態(tài)綜合排名。研究結(jié)論表明:煤炭上市公司財務(wù)績效管理水平差異較大,影響煤炭上市公司財務(wù)績效水平的因素也各不相同。因此,對于排名位于前五名的煤炭上市公司應(yīng)有憂患意識,在保證自己已有優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上,揚(yáng)長避短,不斷增強(qiáng)自身的經(jīng)營管理能力和財務(wù)績效水平;對于排名位于后五位的煤炭上市公司應(yīng)在明晰經(jīng)營管理重點(diǎn)的同時,立足于多元發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并通過資產(chǎn)重組等形式,增強(qiáng)各個方面的能力,進(jìn)而提高自身的財務(wù)績效水平。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of the low development of the coal industry, the scientific evaluation of the financial performance of the listed coal companies is not only for the listed companies themselves. And for the development of the entire coal industry has important practical significance. This paper on the basis of the domestic and foreign scholars' research results. This paper analyzes the data of 26 coal listed companies' financial statements in 2012-2016, and constructs an index system for evaluating the financial performance of coal listed companies. Cluster analysis and non-parametric test are used together, then the improved CRITIC objective weighting method is used to weight the selected indicators. On this basis, grey relational analysis method is used. Supplemented by giving time dimension weights, this paper constructs a grey dynamic model of financial performance evaluation of coal listed companies, and makes an empirical analysis and evaluation of the financial performance of coal listed companies in China. The comprehensive ranking of the financial performance of coal listed companies is obtained. The research results show that the level of financial performance management of coal listed companies is quite different. The factors that affect the financial performance of coal listed companies are different. Therefore, for the top five coal listed companies should have a sense of distress, on the basis of ensuring their own advantages, strengthen their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses. Constantly enhance their management ability and financial performance level; For the listed coal companies in the bottom five, we should make clear the key points of operation and management, at the same time, based on the multiple development strategy, and through the form of asset restructuring, enhance the ability of all aspects. And then improve their own financial performance level.
