【摘要】：隨著電商平臺對人們生活的影響日益明顯,我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展也比較迅速,快遞行業(yè)作為物流行業(yè)的重要組成部分,在北京地區(qū)的競爭呈現白熱化,面對北京地區(qū)日益擴大的快遞需求,快遞公司的市場競爭力提升尤為重要,文章結合北京圓通快遞公司的發(fā)展現狀,分析其市場競爭力提升的瓶頸,并針對性地提出對策建議,旨在提高圓通快遞公司的市場競爭力,在提供優(yōu)質服務的基礎上實現市場份額的擴張。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly obvious impact of e-commerce platform on people's lives, the logistics industry in China is also developing rapidly. As an important part of the logistics industry, the competition in Beijing is becoming more and more intense. In the face of the increasing demand for express delivery in Beijing, it is particularly important to enhance the market competitiveness of express delivery companies. This paper analyzes the bottleneck of the promotion of market competitiveness of Beijing Yuantong express delivery company, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in the light of the current development situation of Beijing Yuantong express company. The purpose is to improve the market competitiveness of Yuantong Express Company and to expand its market share on the basis of providing high quality service.
