W物流廣州區(qū)域配送路線優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)時(shí)代的到來,消費(fèi)者對物流配送的要求也越來越高,配送必須要做到快速、準(zhǔn)確與及時(shí),那么如何來提高物流配送的效率呢?構(gòu)建合理的配送路線,優(yōu)化配送的整個(gè)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)配送成本的最小化將是問題的關(guān)鍵,這個(gè)工作難度將非常巨大,同時(shí)也關(guān)系著整個(gè)物流行業(yè)是否能快速與健康地發(fā)展,這個(gè)問題也值得學(xué)者們和物流企業(yè)管理者深思和探討。經(jīng)過多數(shù)學(xué)者的驗(yàn)證可知,合理利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)模型、運(yùn)籌學(xué)與等相關(guān)學(xué)科知識來優(yōu)化配送管理,提高配送服務(wù)的質(zhì)量與配送管理的水平,是企業(yè)提高物流配送效率,,減少成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展的有效途徑。目前國內(nèi)外在配送路線的研究方面也有了很多成果,如運(yùn)用精確算法、啟發(fā)式算法等多種類型的算法來構(gòu)建最優(yōu)配送路線。 本文主要研究工作如下:首先分析了零擔(dān)物流配送業(yè)務(wù)流程。對零擔(dān)物流基本定義、特點(diǎn)及配送流程做了簡要論述,同時(shí)討論了配送的定義、特點(diǎn)以及配送路線優(yōu)化的必要性等。其次,概述了W物流股份有限公司的配送業(yè)務(wù)情況。詳細(xì)闡述了W物流的整體配送業(yè)務(wù)流程與廣州區(qū)域配送中心的運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀,通過對廣州區(qū)域配送中心的組織架構(gòu)、配送影響因素的分析,指出了目前配送中心所存在諸如信息化程度不高、運(yùn)力浪費(fèi)等諸多問題。再次,構(gòu)建配送路線優(yōu)化模型并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。針對配送業(yè)務(wù)中的時(shí)間窗約束,載重量約束,路況等不確定因素約束以及有限運(yùn)力約束,建立了配送路線優(yōu)化模型,并運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的C.W節(jié)約算法對配送路線安排進(jìn)行了求解步驟分析,同時(shí)運(yùn)用Dorado展現(xiàn)框架進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。最后引入W物流廣州區(qū)域的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),通過對比改進(jìn)的C.W節(jié)約算法和傳統(tǒng)的C.W節(jié)約算法在實(shí)際計(jì)算中的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)的C.W節(jié)約算法的優(yōu)越性,同時(shí)也表明了此系統(tǒng)在配送路線優(yōu)化上具有合理性與實(shí)用性,能夠給配送路線決策提供相關(guān)的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the electronic commerce era, consumers have higher and higher requirements for logistics distribution, distribution must be fast, accurate and timely, so how to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution? Constructing a reasonable distribution route, optimizing the whole distribution system and minimizing the distribution cost will be the key to the problem, and this work will be very difficult. At the same time, it is also related to the rapid and healthy development of the entire logistics industry, which is also worthy of scholars and managers of logistics enterprises to ponder and discuss. Rational use of modern information technology, combined with mathematical models, operational research and other related disciplines to optimize distribution management, improve the quality of distribution services and the level of distribution management, is to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution. The effective way to reduce cost and achieve rapid development. At present, there are many achievements in the research of distribution routes at home and abroad, such as the use of accurate algorithms. Heuristic algorithm and other kinds of algorithms are used to construct the optimal distribution route. The main research work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper analyzes the business process of distribution of part load logistics. It briefly discusses the basic definition, characteristics and distribution process of part load logistics, and discusses the definition of distribution at the same time. Characteristics and distribution route optimization of the necessity. Secondly. This paper summarizes the distribution business of W Logistics Co., Ltd., expounds the overall distribution business process of W logistics and the operation status of Guangzhou Regional Distribution Center in detail, and through the organizational structure of Guangzhou Regional Distribution Center. Analysis of distribution factors, pointed out the current distribution center such as low degree of information, capacity waste and many other problems. Again. In order to solve the problem of time window constraints, load constraints, road conditions and limited capacity constraints, a distribution route optimization model is established. And the improved C.W saving algorithm is used to analyze the solving steps of distribution route arrangement. At the same time, the Dorado framework is used to design the system. Finally, the actual business data of W logistics area in Guangzhou is introduced. The superiority of the improved C.W saving algorithm is verified by comparing the results of the improved C.W saving algorithm and the traditional C.W saving algorithm in the actual calculation. At the same time, it also shows that the system is reasonable and practical in the distribution route optimization, and can provide relevant scientific basis for the distribution route decision.
