【摘要】：基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析理論與激勵(lì)相容理論,分析資本市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管缺乏效率和執(zhí)行力的原因、制約瓶頸和影響因素,提出了優(yōu)化資本市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管的路徑和策略。監(jiān)管當(dāng)局的網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置特征造成了激勵(lì)不相容;信息不對(duì)稱造成了資本市場(chǎng)參與各方存在激勵(lì)不足問(wèn)題,從而導(dǎo)致監(jiān)管低效。提高資本市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管效率的基礎(chǔ)是從制度上解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置所導(dǎo)致信息不對(duì)稱問(wèn)題;關(guān)鍵是建立責(zé)任跟蹤和認(rèn)定機(jī)制及利益切斷機(jī)制;重點(diǎn)是解決參與方的利己主義所導(dǎo)致的行為異化問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Based on the social network analysis theory and incentive compatibility theory, this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of efficiency and executive power of capital market supervision, constraints bottlenecks and influencing factors. The path and strategy of optimizing the supervision of capital market are put forward. The characteristics of the regulatory authority's network location cause the incompatibility of incentive; Asymmetric information causes insufficient incentive for all parties involved in capital market, which leads to inefficient supervision. The basis of improving the efficiency of supervision of capital market is to solve the problem of information asymmetry caused by network location from the system. The key is to establish the responsibility tracking and identifying mechanism and the benefit cutting mechanism; The focus is to solve the problem of behavior alienation caused by egoism of the participants.
