【摘要】：伴隨著中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動(dòng)通訊技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的人登陸互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取所需要的信息,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代來臨。金融業(yè)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融合發(fā)展成為一個(gè)大趨勢(shì),證券業(yè)作為金融業(yè)重要組成部分,各大券商積極推行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券是大勢(shì)所趨,傳統(tǒng)證券公司與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)相互業(yè)務(wù)滲透越來越廣泛。在2013年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)阿里巴巴與天弘基金展開合作,成功打造經(jīng)典產(chǎn)品“余額寶”并取得巨大成績,隨后越來越多的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)通過各種途徑參與到證券金融業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)中,傳統(tǒng)證券公司備受壓力,如何借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手段拓展業(yè)務(wù)以及快速占領(lǐng)市場份額是每個(gè)券商所面臨的重要問題。財(cái)達(dá)證券是一家較早獲得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券試點(diǎn)資格的證券公司,河北省的唯一全國性券商,業(yè)務(wù)牌照全面。本文以財(cái)達(dá)證券為主要研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)財(cái)達(dá)證券所處的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn);其次通過該公司發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券業(yè)務(wù)采取的模式和發(fā)展思路進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展過程中所面臨的主要問題,并對(duì)主要問題進(jìn)行剖析研究,提出解決方案;再次總結(jié)可供其他券商借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出合理化建議,從而對(duì)我國廣大證券公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券業(yè)務(wù)提供借鑒和參考;最后對(duì)新時(shí)代下互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券未來的發(fā)展方向以及發(fā)展特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile communication technology in China, more and more people are landing on the Internet to get the information they need. The Internet era is coming, and the integration of the financial industry and the Internet has become a major trend. The securities industry as an important part of the financial industry, the major securities companies actively promote Internet securities is the trend of the times. Traditional securities firms and Internet companies are increasingly infiltrating each other. In 2013, Alibaba, the Internet leader, teamed up with Tianhong Fund. The successful creation of the classic product "Yu'e Bao" and made great achievements, and then more and more Internet enterprises through various ways to participate in the securities financial business, traditional securities companies are under pressure. How to expand business by means of the Internet and how to quickly occupy market share is an important problem faced by every securities company. Caida Securities is a securities company that obtained the pilot qualification of Internet securities earlier. The only national securities company in Hebei Province, the business license is comprehensive. This paper takes Caida Securities as the main research object, first of all, analyzes the development environment of Caida Securities, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges; Secondly, through the research of the mode and thinking of the development of Internet securities business, the main problems in the process of development are found, and the main problems are analyzed and studied, and the solutions are put forward. Then summarize the experience of other securities firms, put forward some reasonable suggestions, so as to provide reference and reference for the transformation and upgrading of securities companies in China to develop the Internet securities business; Finally, the future development direction and characteristics of Internet securities in the new era are prospected.
