【摘要】：通過引入"資本技能互補"假說和異質性勞動力市場,文章分析了金融發(fā)展如何通過促進資本深化提高了企業(yè)對技能勞動的相對需求和技能溢價;較高的技能溢價吸引工人(尤其是技能勞動力)流入,從而提升了城市的技能人口比重。人口數據顯示地區(qū)之間存在顯著的技能結構差異,并且這一差異持續(xù)擴大�；诔鞘袛祿膶嵶C分析發(fā)現,金融發(fā)展程度較高的地區(qū),技能人口比重較高。使用不同的指標、模型和實證方法,都得到了相似的結論。研究結論有助于理解技能結構的地區(qū)差異和勞動力結構性流轉的動因,并對建設新型城鎮(zhèn)化有政策借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:By introducing the hypothesis of "capital skill complementation" and heterogeneous labor market, this paper analyzes how financial development can increase the relative demand and skill premium of skilled labor by promoting capital deepening. Higher skill premiums attract workers (especially skilled labour), thus increasing the proportion of skilled people in cities. Demographic data show significant differences in skills structure between regions. And this gap continues to widen. Empirical analysis based on urban data found that the proportion of skilled population is higher in areas with higher financial development level. Different indicators, models and empirical methods are used. The conclusions are helpful to understand the regional differences of skill structure and the motivation of structural transfer of labor force, and also have policy reference significance for the construction of new urbanization.
