【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)金融業(yè)務(wù)的逐漸普及壯大,對(duì)外開(kāi)放力度逐漸深入的環(huán)境下,如何進(jìn)一步理順日常管理工作,進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化管理的目的,將直接決定著金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展的最終效果。因此,金融化管理已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)公認(rèn)的核心所在。如何有效開(kāi)展金融行業(yè)發(fā)展,是否能夠真實(shí)提供更加真實(shí)效果,必然會(huì)引起社會(huì)公眾的非常關(guān)注。長(zhǎng)春市是吉林省省會(huì),而開(kāi)展典當(dāng)行業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為其金融業(yè)發(fā)展的一部分。結(jié)合長(zhǎng)春市典當(dāng)行業(yè)發(fā)展提升行業(yè)服務(wù)品質(zhì),更能適應(yīng)目前民間融資的新需求和新形勢(shì)。從目前企業(yè)日常服務(wù)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況而言,需要不斷提升目前服務(wù)的品質(zhì),必須針對(duì)目前在企業(yè)管理進(jìn)程中的實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行認(rèn)真審視,從而能夠?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)春市金融業(yè)的順利開(kāi)展提供更多有益地幫助,推動(dòng)嘗試金融業(yè)逐漸向科學(xué)化發(fā)展。本文主要旨在通過(guò)研究,借助核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的基礎(chǔ)性發(fā)展,借助更多的金融學(xué)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、價(jià)值鏈理論等實(shí)際研究成果,以長(zhǎng)春市金匯典當(dāng)有限公司的服務(wù)營(yíng)銷進(jìn)行SWOT分析,進(jìn)一步分析科學(xué)化管理在針對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市金匯典當(dāng)有限公司目前施行培育服務(wù)營(yíng)銷核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的促進(jìn)機(jī)理,從價(jià)值鏈的角度界定了在長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵和特征,進(jìn)一步探討出長(zhǎng)春市典當(dāng)行業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在價(jià)值屬性及其特點(diǎn),從業(yè)務(wù)流程和業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作管理角度進(jìn)一步確立其典當(dāng)?shù)膬?nèi)、外部?jī)r(jià)值鏈條所在,而基于價(jià)值鏈思想和長(zhǎng)春市金匯典當(dāng)有限公司從資源要素、能力要素和環(huán)境要素三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響要素分析模型,并進(jìn)而借助其典當(dāng)行整體價(jià)值鏈的優(yōu)化,充分挖掘出價(jià)值鏈中的相關(guān)行業(yè)外價(jià)值,進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)造出其內(nèi)在特殊的價(jià)值鏈,從而在本質(zhì)上提升長(zhǎng)春市典當(dāng)行業(yè)外的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在實(shí)際研究過(guò)程中,借助筆者的深入思考盡可能對(duì)于長(zhǎng)春市典當(dāng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行有效梳理,提出切合實(shí)際的真知灼見(jiàn),為長(zhǎng)春市典當(dāng)行業(yè)有所扶持和助力。
[Abstract]:With the gradual popularization and expansion of our financial business and the deepening opening to the outside world, how to further rationalize the daily management work and further achieve the purpose of fine management. Therefore, financial management has become the core of domestic recognition. How to effectively carry out the development of the financial industry, whether it can provide more real results. Changchun is the capital of Jilin Province, and the development of pawn industry has become a part of the development of its financial industry. More adapt to the current private financing needs and new situation. From the current business daily service reality, need to continue to improve the quality of current services. It is necessary to carefully examine the current practice in the process of enterprise management, so as to provide more beneficial help for the smooth development of the financial industry in Changchun. The main purpose of this paper is to promote the scientific development of the financial industry by means of research, with the help of the basic development of the core competence theory, and with more finance and competitive advantage theory. Value chain theory and other practical research results, with Changchun Jinhui pawnshop Co., Ltd. service marketing SWOT analysis. Further analysis of scientific management in Changchun Jinhui pawnshop Co., Ltd., the current implementation of service marketing core competitiveness promotion mechanism. From the point of view of value chain, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of the core competitiveness in Changchun area, and further discusses the intrinsic value attributes and characteristics of the development of the pawn industry in Changchun. From the point of view of business process and business operation management, further establish the internal and external value chain of pawn, while based on the thought of value chain and Changchun Jinhui pawn Co., Ltd., from the resource elements. Ability factors and environmental factors of three levels of core competitiveness factors analysis model, and then with its pawnshop overall value chain optimization, fully excavated the value of relevant industries in the value chain. Further create its intrinsic special value chain, so as to improve the essence of Changchun pawn industry outside the core competitiveness. In the actual research process. With the help of the author's in-depth thinking, as far as possible for Changchun pawn industry development effectively comb, put forward practical insights, for Changchun pawn industry to support and help.
