【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以比特幣為代表的數(shù)字貨幣引起熱議。關(guān)于數(shù)字貨幣的爭(zhēng)論主要集中在兩方面:一是數(shù)字貨幣到底是不是貨幣;二是數(shù)字貨幣的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)如何。這里涉及兩種數(shù)字貨幣,即自發(fā)的數(shù)字貨幣和法定的數(shù)字貨幣。從馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角看,前者本身沒(méi)有價(jià)值,只能通過(guò)現(xiàn)實(shí)貨幣這一橋梁來(lái)表現(xiàn)和衡量其他一切商品的價(jià)值,間接充當(dāng)一般等價(jià)物;后者以國(guó)家信用為基礎(chǔ),由中央銀行發(fā)行和調(diào)控,只是貨幣的數(shù)字化發(fā)展。盡管數(shù)字貨幣的推廣和使用已成必然趨勢(shì),但兩種數(shù)字貨幣的發(fā)展均受合法性、社會(huì)認(rèn)可度等因素的影響,而不同國(guó)家對(duì)兩種數(shù)字貨幣的態(tài)度和技術(shù)水平及其普及度,則給兩種數(shù)字貨幣的發(fā)展帶來(lái)諸多不確定性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, digital currency bitcoin represents a hot topic. A digital currency debate focused on two aspects: one is the digital currency in the end is not money; the two is how to development trend of digital currency in the future. It involves two kinds of digital currency, namely digital currency spontaneous and legal figures currency. From the perspective of Marx's political economics, the former has no value in itself, only through real money this bridge to express and measure all other commodity value, indirect acting as the general equivalent; the latter to national credit as the foundation, by the central bank issuance and regulation, but development of digital currency. Although the promotion and use of digital currency has become an inevitable trend, but the development of two kinds of digital currency are subject to the legitimacy of the influence of social recognition and other factors, and different countries on the two kinds of digital currency and attitude The level of technology and its popularity bring a lot of uncertainty to the development of the two kinds of digital currencies.
