【摘要】：在國(guó)內(nèi)金融創(chuàng)新與科技創(chuàng)新的研究中,關(guān)于金融創(chuàng)新如何支持科技創(chuàng)新方面的研究較多,而對(duì)金融創(chuàng)新與科技創(chuàng)新如何制約及相互協(xié)同發(fā)展方面的研究是一種創(chuàng)新。文章將金融創(chuàng)新及科技創(chuàng)新作為一個(gè)耦合整體,采用動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,全面考察了金融創(chuàng)新主體間、市場(chǎng)金融創(chuàng)新供給、政府公共金融創(chuàng)新供給、科技創(chuàng)新主體間的相互耦合作用,對(duì)金融創(chuàng)新及科技創(chuàng)新耦合機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,確定了科技創(chuàng)新與金融創(chuàng)新耦合發(fā)展目標(biāo)與關(guān)鍵控制節(jié)點(diǎn),提出金融創(chuàng)新及科技創(chuàng)新耦合發(fā)展管理策略。文章選取2005-2015年的年度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明,在2005-2008年,耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度并不理想,2008年明顯下降,之后有所好轉(zhuǎn)。在2012-2015年,耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度一直呈增加趨勢(shì),科技創(chuàng)新、金融創(chuàng)新間的耦合逐漸向理想狀態(tài)發(fā)展。尤其是在2015年,金融創(chuàng)新發(fā)展平穩(wěn),科技創(chuàng)新有序度提高明顯,耦合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度大幅上升。表明了實(shí)現(xiàn)科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出與金融創(chuàng)新投資績(jī)效耦合發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵是金融創(chuàng)新及科技創(chuàng)新耦合新系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In the domestic financial innovation and scientific and technological innovation research, the financial innovation how to support scientific and technological innovation research is more. The research on how to restrict and coordinate the development of financial innovation and scientific and technological innovation is an innovation. This paper takes financial innovation and scientific and technological innovation as a coupled whole and adopts a dynamic model. The mutual coupling between financial innovation subjects, market financial innovation supply, government public financial innovation supply, science and technology innovation subjects is comprehensively investigated, and the coupling mechanism of financial innovation and science and technology innovation is analyzed. The development goals and key control nodes of the coupling of scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation are determined. This paper puts forward the development management strategy of financial innovation and science and technology innovation. The paper selects the annual data from 2005 to 2015 for empirical analysis. The results show that in 2005-2008. The degree of synergy of coupling system is not ideal, it decreased obviously in 2008, then improved. In 2012-2015, the degree of synergy of coupling system has been increasing, science and technology innovation. The coupling between financial innovation gradually develops to the ideal state, especially in 2015, the development of financial innovation is stable, and the orderly degree of scientific and technological innovation is obviously improved. This indicates that the key to realize the coupling development of sci-tech innovation output and financial innovation investment performance is the financial innovation and the new science and technology innovation coupling system.
