　　本文的重點是尚未充分研究的主題,即中國的旗艦國際項目“一帶一路”倡議與聯(lián)合國的《巴黎協(xié)定》。本研究提出了一種綜合方法,涉及兩個不同領(lǐng)域的主題——全球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略項目和全球環(huán)境保護框架約束性文件——并從跨學(xué)科的角度對其進行分析。這兩個主題的共同基礎(chǔ)都與國際合作、全球治理、區(qū)域間的連通性、資源的保存和整體發(fā)展有關(guān),所有這些都是在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提下進行的。所選主題的理論意義在于兩個概念的主干:“一帶一路”倡議和“巴黎協(xié)定”。前者與絲綢之路以及社會和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展歷史中的一切都息息相關(guān)。后者是繼續(xù)在《協(xié)定》中體現(xiàn)的眾多國際法特殊性。本文的研究結(jié)果揭示了該研究課題的實際意義,對“一帶一路”倡議和《巴黎協(xié)定》的意義將是重大的,涉及前所未有的合作,創(chuàng)新和文化支持。主要研究內(nèi)容遵循簡單而連貫的結(jié)構(gòu),圍繞對“一帶一路”倡議和“巴黎協(xié)定”這兩個主要概念的詳盡說明進行解釋;其次是當(dāng)他們的目標被視為一個共同的目標時,這兩個目標相互交織的各個方面對他們的成功產(chǎn)生影響。本研究基于理論和概念,這些理論和概念將被提出來形成另一個理論:“一帶一路”基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中實施的新技術(shù)及其二次利用將有助于實現(xiàn)“巴黎協(xié)定”的目標。主要...
