【摘要】：從實(shí)證角度以長(zhǎng)沙主城區(qū)為例,借助百度地圖這一公眾使用非常廣泛的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)工具,利用百度地圖熱力圖和百度地圖POI數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)方法并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)方法數(shù)據(jù)、實(shí)地調(diào)研、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,探討其內(nèi)部職住關(guān)系的演變特征及其動(dòng)力機(jī)制,結(jié)合社會(huì)學(xué)、地理學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)多個(gè)學(xué)科知識(shí),從多個(gè)維度提出平衡職住關(guān)系的對(duì)策,以期為促進(jìn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:From the empirical point of view, taking the main urban area of Changsha as an example, with the help of Baidu map, which is a very widely used Internet tool, using Baidu map heat map and Baidu map POI data, through big data method and combined with the traditional method data, field investigation, questionnaire survey, to explore the evolution characteristics and dynamic mechanism of its internal professional and residential relationship, combined with sociology, geography, ecology, urban planning, many disciplines of knowledge. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to balance the relationship between occupation and housing from many dimensions, in order to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the city.
