基于夏普利值的居住建筑分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)費用分攤分析

【摘要】:就中國居住建筑中采用分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的良好發(fā)展前景,以中國15個城市的自然條件及光伏發(fā)電補貼政策為背景,采用SAM、COBRA和MATLAB軟件為研究工具,以外部性理論與合作博弈論作為理論支撐,對中國居住建筑分布式光伏系統(tǒng)進行費用分攤分析。結(jié)果表明,國家補貼不足以使居民獲得合理收益,地方補貼在很大程度上決定了分布式光伏在該地區(qū)的發(fā)展水平。中國部分地區(qū)地方補貼額度不足,居民電價過低和電網(wǎng)公司難以獲得補貼都導致各參與主體對投資分布式光伏的積極性不高,分布式光伏在中國發(fā)展速度低于預期的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In view of the good development prospect of distributed photovoltaic power generation system in residential buildings in China, based on the natural conditions of 15 cities in China and the subsidy policy of photovoltaic power generation, SAM,COBRA and MATLAB software are used as research tools. Based on externality theory and cooperative game theory, the cost allocation of distributed photovoltaic system in residential buildings in China is analyzed. The results show that the state subsidy is not enough to make the residents get reasonable income, and the local subsidy determines the development level of distributed photovoltaic in this area to a great extent. The lack of local subsidies in some areas of China, the low electricity price of residents and the difficulty of obtaining subsidies by power grid companies have led to the low enthusiasm of participants to invest in distributed photovoltaic, and the development rate of distributed photovoltaic in China is lower than expected.
