二戰(zhàn)日本勞動關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)模式演變發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:Labor relations, as the most basic social relations, directly relate to the most concern, the most direct, the most realistic interests of the labourers. Our neighbor Japan has recovered rapidly after World War II, and its high-speed economic growth has created three boom periods that have attracted the world's attention. Even in the oil crisis, the economy has maintained low-speed growth. As the defeated country of World War II, Japan's ability to break away from the economic downturn and its rapid development is inextricably linked to its sound and effective mode of coordination of labor relations. Japan's labor disputes, fierce labor movements, and so on, are much fewer than other countries. Through the analysis of the theoretical origin of the coordination mode of Japanese labor relations, it is found that Japanese enterprises have formed the idea of family management under the influence of Confucian culture, and applied it to the management of enterprises and advocated the idea of "a community of shared future between labor and capital". And then formed the "three pillars" as the characteristics of the Japanese-style operation. The "tripartite coordination mechanism" in the coordination mode of labor relations in Japan has set up a communication and exchange platform, the collective bargaining system of micro-enterprises, the consultation between labor and capital, and the handling of opinions, which is also helpful to avoid the intensification of labor-capital conflicts. This paper probes into the emergence, application, reform and development prospect of the coordination mode of Japanese labor relations, from which beneficial enlightenment can be obtained, which is beneficial to the construction of harmonious labor relations in our country and to the creation of "Chinese Dream".
