【摘要】：山東半島城市群是我國(guó)北方重要的城市密集區(qū)之一,黃河中下游廣大腹地的出�？�,也是我國(guó)參與東北亞區(qū)域合作的前沿。加快推動(dòng)山東半島城市群建設(shè),對(duì)加強(qiáng)資源要素整合、優(yōu)化沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)布局、促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要意義。借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城市群發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),加快山東半島城市群建設(shè)應(yīng)積極組織編制發(fā)展規(guī)劃,構(gòu)建互聯(lián)互通的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,促進(jìn)城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)分工協(xié)作,做大做強(qiáng)龍頭城市,建立完善新型區(qū)域合作機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is one of the important urban concentrated areas in the north of China. The entrance to the sea of the vast hinterland of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River is also the frontier for China to participate in regional cooperation in Northeast Asia. It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration to strengthen the integration of resource elements, optimize the distribution of coastal economy and promote the coordinated development of the region. Drawing lessons from the experience of urban agglomeration development at home and abroad, we should actively organize and draw up development plans, build infrastructure for connectivity, promote industrial division and cooperation in urban agglomeration, and expand and strengthen leading cities in order to speed up the construction of urban agglomeration on the Shandong Peninsula. We will establish and improve new mechanisms for regional cooperation.
