【摘要】：以廣東省21市為研究樣本,采用SE-DEA模型對其2005、2009及2013年城市效率進行評價及區(qū)域差異分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)廣東省城市效率整體偏低且呈下降趨勢;(2)城市間投入產(chǎn)出效率差異明顯,整體呈現(xiàn)為珠三角城市效率高于西翼,西翼高于東翼,東翼高于山區(qū)的空間特征。珠三角地區(qū)城市平均效率雖遠高于其他城市,但內部效率差距在逐漸拉大;(3)空間溢出效應成為影響城市效率值的重要因素,造成了領軍型、跟隨型、趕超型、草根型四類城市,領軍型主要包括深圳及廣州,草根型城市數(shù)量較多,城市效率的兩級分化特點顯著。
[Abstract]:Taking 21 cities of Guangdong Province as samples, the paper uses SE-DEA model to evaluate and analyze the regional differences of urban efficiency in 2005, 2009 and 2013. The results show that: (1) the urban efficiency of Guangdong Province is on the low side and shows a downward trend; (2) the difference of input-output efficiency between cities is obvious, which shows that the urban efficiency of PRD is higher than that of the west wing, the west wing is higher than the east wing, and the east wing is higher than the mountain area. Although the average efficiency of cities in Pearl River Delta is much higher than that of other cities, the gap in internal efficiency is gradually widening. (3) the spatial spillover effect has become an important factor affecting the urban efficiency, resulting in four types of cities: leading type, following type, catching up type, grass root type, and the leading type mainly includes Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and the number of grass root cities is more than that of grass root cities. The two-level differentiation of urban efficiency is remarkable.
