【摘要】：農民觀念的城鎮(zhèn)化、農村物的城鎮(zhèn)化和村莊治理方式的城鎮(zhèn)化這三個方面在城鎮(zhèn)化進程中是相輔相成,互為一體的。個案研究發(fā)現,從涵于制、融于教、化于境三個方面著力培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀,對涵育人的城鎮(zhèn)化觀念有明顯效果。培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀可以構筑起非貨幣化的制度安排,推動農村城鎮(zhèn)化進程中的硬件建設和完善。依托社會主義核心價值觀可以將村民培育為村莊治理的核心主體,構筑村莊治理合力,營造村莊軟治理的良好環(huán)境和氛圍。個案研究表明,農村社區(qū)可以在具體的、歷史的情境中,通過自下而上"挖掘-提煉"、自上而下"弘揚-化育"的互構過程培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀,以此推進農村城鎮(zhèn)化。
[Abstract]:The urbanization of farmers' concept, the urbanization of rural property and the urbanization of village governance are complementary to each other in the process of urbanization. The case study shows that the cultivation and practice of socialist core values from three aspects, including system, education and environment, have obvious effects on the concept of urbanization. Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values can construct the system arrangement of non-monetization and promote the hardware construction and perfection in the process of rural urbanization. Depending on the socialist core values, villagers can be cultivated as the core subject of village governance, and a good environment and atmosphere for village soft governance can be built. The case study shows that the rural community can cultivate and practice the socialist core values in the concrete and historical context, through the bottom-up "mining-refining", top-down "carry forward-culture" mutual construction process.
