【摘要】：針對部分學(xué)者在運用經(jīng)濟增長率分解法時存在的誤區(qū),對現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟增長率分解法進行改進,推導(dǎo)出多因素指數(shù)分解的一般公式,并利用這一原理測算出1978—2013年期間中國勞動力資源的省際配置效率,結(jié)果表明:改革開放30多年來,中國經(jīng)濟的高速增長主要依靠勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高與勞動力投入總量的增長,在只考慮有戶籍變動的勞動力跨省遷移的前提下,勞動力省際配置結(jié)構(gòu)變動對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻相對有限,總體配置效率較低;只有當(dāng)市場機制在勞動力資源配置過程中逐漸發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用或當(dāng)勞動力資源轉(zhuǎn)向相對短缺時,勞動力省際配置效率才有顯著提高。
[Abstract]:In view of the misunderstandings of some scholars in applying the economic growth rate decomposition method, the existing economic growth rate decomposition method is improved, and the general formula of multi-factor exponential decomposition is derived. By using this principle, the provincial allocation efficiency of labor resources in China during 1978-2013 has been calculated. The results show that during the past 30 years of reform and opening up, The rapid growth of China's economy mainly depends on the improvement of labor productivity and the growth of the total amount of labor input. Under the premise of only considering the inter-provincial migration of labor force with changes in household registration, The contribution to economic growth is relatively limited and the overall allocation efficiency is relatively low; Only when the market mechanism gradually plays a leading role in the process of labor resource allocation or when the labor resources turn to relative shortage, the efficiency of labor inter-provincial allocation can be improved significantly.
