【摘要】：針對不同的組合評價方法所獲取的一次組合評價結(jié)果依舊存在不一致性和收斂性較差等問題,提出了"二次組合評價"的概念,并研究了一種基于評價結(jié)論的二次組合評價方法。給出了該方法的關(guān)鍵流程和實現(xiàn)步驟,主要包括綜合評價問題描述,單一評價方法的問題描述,組合評價方法的問題描述,評價結(jié)論的一致性分析,基于偏移度最小的二次組合評價方法選取以及二次組合評價的收斂性分析,并通過算例對本文提出的二次組合評價方法進行分析,案例研究結(jié)果表明二次組合評價結(jié)果的誤差要遠小于各一次組合評價結(jié)果的誤差,與一次組合評價相比,二次組合評價的組合效果更好,有效性更強。通過二次組合評價可以有效提高一次組合評價的一致性和收斂性,降低一次組合評價的組合誤差,提高綜合評價整體評價結(jié)論的可信度。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of inconsistency and poor convergence in the results of single combination evaluation obtained by different combination evaluation methods, the concept of "second combination evaluation" is put forward. A method of quadratic combination evaluation based on evaluation conclusion is studied. The key process and implementation steps of the method are given, including the description of comprehensive evaluation problem, the problem description of single evaluation method, the problem description of combination evaluation method, the consistency analysis of evaluation conclusion, and the analysis of evaluation results. Based on the selection of quadratic combinatorial evaluation method with minimum deviation and the convergence analysis of quadratic combinatorial evaluation, a numerical example is given to analyze the quadratic combinatorial evaluation method proposed in this paper. The result of case study shows that the error of the second combination evaluation is much smaller than that of the one combination evaluation. Compared with the one combination evaluation, the combination effect of the second combination evaluation is better and the effectiveness is stronger. The consistency and convergence of the first combined evaluation can be improved effectively by the quadratic combination evaluation, the combination error of the first combined evaluation can be reduced, and the credibility of the overall evaluation conclusion of the comprehensive evaluation can be improved.
