【摘要】：本文以自然價值論為指導(dǎo),提出自然遺產(chǎn)地多價值管理的命題,認為多價值管理是建立自然遺產(chǎn)地可持續(xù)發(fā)展制度保障的基礎(chǔ),自然遺產(chǎn)地管理應(yīng)以"人—社會—自然"復(fù)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng)作為管理對象,遵循環(huán)境公正和社會公正的原則作出制度安排,進而以機構(gòu)、機制和資金3個方面為重點就多價值管理制度安排提出具體要求。
[Abstract]:Guided by the theory of natural value, this paper puts forward the proposition of multi-value management of natural heritage land, and holds that multi-value management is the basis of establishing the system of sustainable development of natural heritage land. The management of natural heritage sites should take the "human-society-nature" complex ecosystem as the management object, follow the principles of environmental and social justice to make institutional arrangements, and then the organization, Three aspects of mechanism and funding focus on the multi-value management system arrangements put forward specific requirements.
