選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)法視角的生態(tài)補(bǔ)償意愿差異研究——以石羊河流域?yàn)槔?/H1>

【摘要】：評(píng)估不同群體間及同一群體內(nèi)流域生態(tài)補(bǔ)償?shù)钠貌町愑兄谔岣哒咧贫ǖ尼槍?duì)性和可行性,確保政策實(shí)施效果。文中基于選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)石羊河流域的900戶居民進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,其中城鎮(zhèn)居民428戶,農(nóng)村居民472戶。利用混合Logit模型對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模擬,實(shí)證分析了不同群體間及同一群體內(nèi)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償意愿差異。研究結(jié)果表明:1)石羊河流域居民對(duì)自然景觀比例、森林覆蓋率和草地覆蓋率具有較高的生態(tài)補(bǔ)償意愿;2)對(duì)所有生態(tài)環(huán)境屬性而言,城鎮(zhèn)居民的支付意愿都高于農(nóng)村居民,城鎮(zhèn)居民支付意愿最高的屬性是森林覆蓋率;農(nóng)村居民支付意愿最高的屬性是自然景觀比例;3)石羊河流域城鎮(zhèn)居民對(duì)最佳改善方案的補(bǔ)償剩余為769.42元/戶,農(nóng)村居民的補(bǔ)償剩余為504.72元/戶。
[Abstract]:It is helpful to evaluate the preference difference of watershed ecological compensation among different groups and within the same group to improve the pertinence and feasibility of policy making and to ensure the effect of policy implementation. Based on the method of selective experiment, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 900 households in Shiyang River Basin, including 428 urban residents and 472 rural residents. The mixed Logit model is used to simulate the survey data, and the differences of ecological compensation willingness among different groups and within the same population are analyzed empirically. The results show that: 1) the residents of Shiyang River Basin have higher ecological compensation willingness to natural landscape, forest coverage and grassland coverage; 2) for all ecological and environmental attributes, urban residents' willingness to pay is higher than that of rural residents, the highest attribute of urban residents' willingness to pay is forest coverage, and the highest attribute of rural residents' willingness to pay is natural landscape proportion. 3) the compensation surplus of the best improvement scheme for the urban residents in Shiyang River Basin is 769.42 yuan / household, and the surplus compensation for rural residents is 504.72 yuan / household.
