【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)食品的要求越來(lái)越高,G公司是一家現(xiàn)代化的生產(chǎn)食品并進(jìn)行經(jīng)營(yíng)的企業(yè),它的業(yè)務(wù)范圍主要包括良種生豬的繁育、育肥商品豬、生豬的屠宰分割冷加工以及熟制品加工、冷凍與冷藏、物流配送以及連鎖店模式銷售。G公司堅(jiān)持市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,利用科技深入發(fā)展農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的深加工,公司目前正在實(shí)施的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式是"公司+基地+農(nóng)戶"。在G公司發(fā)展過(guò)程中,外部面臨著一些諸如消費(fèi)者投訴等問(wèn)題,內(nèi)部公司存在作業(yè)效率低、缺乏規(guī)范化管理的現(xiàn)狀。這些問(wèn)題阻礙了G公司的發(fā)展,也帶來(lái)了一些經(jīng)營(yíng)危機(jī)。本文針對(duì)G公司的問(wèn)題,在對(duì)G公司進(jìn)行全面的調(diào)研后把冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)流程的優(yōu)化放在了重要的位置,將兼顧產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和物流效率,對(duì)G公司的食品冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。目的在于提高作業(yè)效率、使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有保障的同時(shí),提高顧客的滿意度,從根本上解決G公司面臨的問(wèn)題,從而提高G公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,使企業(yè)運(yùn)作更有效率、產(chǎn)品更有保障,重塑企業(yè)信譽(yù)。本文首先從流程優(yōu)化思想入手,首先使用流程圖法對(duì)G公司現(xiàn)行的冷鏈物流流程進(jìn)行描述,進(jìn)而通過(guò)對(duì)流程的分析,找出現(xiàn)行流程所存在的問(wèn)題;其次使用層次分析法對(duì)G公司現(xiàn)行的食品冷鏈物流流程進(jìn)行分層,確定各個(gè)作業(yè)活動(dòng)的重要度,進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵流程識(shí)別;再次,結(jié)合RFID技術(shù),對(duì)G公司食品冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在此環(huán)節(jié),著重關(guān)注RFID對(duì)關(guān)鍵流程的優(yōu)化,并提出了流程優(yōu)化相應(yīng)的配套保障措施。最后,闡明使用RFID技術(shù)優(yōu)化后的效果,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵流程優(yōu)化進(jìn)行比較,從而說(shuō)明使用RFID優(yōu)化的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people are demanding more and more food. G Company is a modern food production and business enterprise, its business scope mainly includes breeding of improved breed pigs, fattening commercial pigs. Slaughtering and dividing cold processing of live pigs, processing of cooked products, freezing and refrigeration, logistics distribution and chain store sales. G Company insists on market orientation and uses science and technology to further develop deep processing of agricultural and sideline products. The company is currently implementing a business model is the "company base farmers." In the development process of G Company, external companies are faced with some problems such as consumer complaints. The internal companies have low efficiency and lack of standardized management. These problems hindered the development of G Company, but also brought some management crisis. Aiming at the problem of company G, the optimization of cold chain logistics system flow is put in an important position after a comprehensive investigation of company G, which will take into account the quality of products and the efficiency of logistics. Optimize the flow of food cold chain logistics system in G Company. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of operation, ensure the quality of products, improve customer satisfaction, solve the problems faced by company G fundamentally, improve the operation ability of company G, and make the operation of the company more efficient and the products more secure. Rebuild the reputation of the enterprise. This paper begins with the idea of process optimization, first describes the current cold-chain logistics process of G Company by using flowchart method, and then through the analysis of the process, finds out the existing problems of the current process; Secondly, AHP is used to stratify the current food cold chain logistics process of G company, to determine the importance of each operation activity, and to identify the key process. Thirdly, combining with RFID technology, the food cold chain logistics system of G company is optimized. In this link, we focus on the optimization of key processes by RFID, and put forward the corresponding supporting safeguard measures for process optimization. Finally, the effect of optimization using RFID technology is illustrated, and the effectiveness of using RFID optimization is illustrated by comparing the key process optimization.
