【摘要】：正PPP(Public-Private Partnership)是政府公共部門與私人部門(企業(yè))合作的一種融資模式的總稱。2014年以來(lái),中央和地方均推出了大量PPP項(xiàng)目,PPP模式進(jìn)入了新的發(fā)展階段。PPP模式對(duì)于緩解地方債務(wù)、提供基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)、實(shí)現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置具有重要作用�？傮w來(lái)看,我國(guó)PPP模式發(fā)展仍處于起步階段,因此,對(duì)于國(guó)際成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn)的研究和借鑒具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:PPP (Public-Private Partnership) is a general term for a financing model in which the public and private sectors work together. Since 2014, a large number of PPP projects have been launched at both the central and local levels. The PPP model has entered a new stage of development, and the PPP model plays an important role in alleviating local debt, providing infrastructure and public services, and realizing the optimal allocation of resources. In general, the development of PPP model in China is still in its infancy, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and learn from the international mature experience.
