家庭資產(chǎn)、人力資本與城鎮(zhèn)居民消費行為

【摘要】:利用中國家庭追蹤調(diào)查的微觀數(shù)據(jù)(CFPS),將居民的家庭資產(chǎn)和人力資本進(jìn)行詳細(xì)劃分并整合到同一分析框架,分別檢驗各項家庭資產(chǎn)和附著于家庭成員身上的人力資本對城鎮(zhèn)居民消費行為的影響。按照家庭擁有的房產(chǎn)數(shù)量將城鎮(zhèn)居民家庭分為一套住房家庭和多套住房家庭兩類,實證結(jié)果表明現(xiàn)住房產(chǎn)對家庭消費沒有顯著影響,而非現(xiàn)住房產(chǎn)對家庭消費則具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,表現(xiàn)出明顯的財富效應(yīng)。金融資產(chǎn)對居民消費水平也都有顯著的促進(jìn)作用。雖然生產(chǎn)性固定資產(chǎn)在城鎮(zhèn)家庭中的占有率較低,但是其對于家庭消費的財富效應(yīng)卻是非常明顯的。人力資本對家庭消費水平具有顯著的正向影響,受教育水平較高的家庭傾向于消費更多,且健康資本相對于教育資本對消費的影響更加穩(wěn)定。另外,家中有未婚子女能夠顯著提高家庭的消費水平,這部分消費主要來自于家庭收入而不是住房資產(chǎn)的財富效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The household assets and human capital of the residents are divided and integrated into the same analytical framework by using the microcosmic data of Chinese household tracking survey (CFPS),). The effects of household assets and human capital attached to family members on the consumption behavior of urban residents were tested. According to the number of houses owned by families, urban households are divided into one housing family and multiple housing families. The empirical results show that there is no significant impact on household consumption. The non-existing real estate plays a significant role in promoting household consumption, showing a significant wealth effect. Financial assets also play a significant role in promoting the consumption level of residents. Although productive fixed assets have a low share in urban households, the wealth effect of productive fixed assets on household consumption is very obvious. Human capital has a significant positive impact on household consumption. Families with higher education tend to consume more and health capital is more stable than educational capital. In addition, there are unmarried children in the family can significantly improve the level of household consumption, this part of the consumption mainly comes from the household income rather than the wealth effect of housing assets.
