【摘要】:正食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊11月14日,據(jù)日媒報(bào)道,日本消費(fèi)者廳決定修改"吞咽困難者食品"外包裝上的標(biāo)記方法。日本根據(jù)"吞咽困難者食品"的硬度、黏度、凝集性等物理特性分為I、II、III 3個(gè)級(jí)別。由于以往外包裝上標(biāo)記的是許可基準(zhǔn),因此消費(fèi)者選擇的時(shí)候無(wú)法在標(biāo)記內(nèi)容中看出食品的柔軟
