【摘要】：正河南省作為人口大省、農(nóng)業(yè)大省、食品生產(chǎn)和消費大省,食品安全對其有著尤為特殊的重要意義。基于計劃行為理論對河南省消費者進行了食品安全狀況調(diào)查。調(diào)查顯示,河南消費者對食品安全的滿意度不高,安全認知與行為存在偏差。與食品安全事件中媒體對政府監(jiān)管部門的高度關(guān)注不同,消費者認為企業(yè)是食品安全的主要責(zé)任主體。因此,要提高食品安全整體水平,應(yīng)當(dāng)優(yōu)化治理工具,創(chuàng)新食品安全宣傳教育方式,引導(dǎo)消費者依法維護自身權(quán)益,建立企業(yè)食品安全強制責(zé)任保險。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is a province with large population, big agriculture, and large food production and consumption. Food safety is of special significance to Henan Province. Based on the theory of planning behavior, the food safety status of consumers in Henan Province was investigated. The survey shows that Henan consumers' satisfaction with food safety is not high, and safety cognition and behavior are deviated. Different from the media's attention to the government supervision department in the food safety incident, the consumer thinks that the enterprise is the main body responsible for the food safety. Therefore, in order to improve the overall level of food safety, we should optimize the management tools, innovate the way of food safety propaganda and education, guide consumers to safeguard their rights and interests according to law, and establish compulsory liability insurance for food safety in enterprises.
