技術創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟動態(tài)演化博弈分析——基于雙元隱性知識視角

【摘要】:隱性知識差異化對技術創(chuàng)新型戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟演化過程會產(chǎn)生不同的影響。文章基于聯(lián)盟合作網(wǎng)絡嵌入視角,構建了兩階段技術創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟隱性知識轉移的演化博弈模型,深入分析了雙元隱性知識與關系嵌入等參數(shù)變化對聯(lián)盟主體行為選擇的影響。結果表明,在聯(lián)盟實施階段,降低聯(lián)盟主體間信任的不對稱性有利于增進淺隱性知識外生溢出,促進聯(lián)盟主體選擇協(xié)同合作策略,且投機收益對聯(lián)盟主體選擇協(xié)同合作策略具有負向影響;在聯(lián)盟進化階段,聯(lián)盟主體間關系連帶和獲取深隱性知識轉移收益的期望對聯(lián)盟主體選擇并購策略具有顯著正向影響。并在此基礎上通過Matlab數(shù)值模擬驗證了基于雙元隱性知識下的聯(lián)盟不同發(fā)展階段的聯(lián)盟主體行為選擇以及聯(lián)盟動態(tài)演進趨勢。
[Abstract]:The difference of tacit knowledge will have different influence on the evolution process of technological innovation strategic alliance. Based on the perspective of alliance cooperative network embedding, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of tacit knowledge transfer in a two-stage technological innovation alliance, and analyzes in depth the influence of the change of parameters such as dual tacit knowledge and relational embedding on the behavior choice of the entity of the alliance. The results show that reducing the asymmetry of trust among alliance agents is conducive to enhancing the exogenous spillover of shallow tacit knowledge and promoting the choice of cooperative cooperation strategy in the stage of alliance implementation. In the evolution stage of alliance, the relationship between alliance agents and the expectation of acquiring deep tacit knowledge transfer benefits have a significant positive impact on alliance agents' choice of merger and acquisition strategy. On the basis of this, Matlab numerical simulation is used to verify the behavior selection and dynamic evolution trend of alliance in different stages of alliance development based on dual tacit knowledge.
