基于物流行業(yè)信息安全無紙化應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)的研究

【摘要】:基于電子商務(wù)的興起,非現(xiàn)場交易增多,非現(xiàn)場經(jīng)濟(jì)模式完備;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和老百姓們對(duì)電子商務(wù)的日益接受、習(xí)慣程度更加促使物流行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展。物流行業(yè)崢嶸背后也隱藏著終端配送服務(wù)水平下降的隱患,F(xiàn)今,物流終端配送環(huán)節(jié)主要明顯存在的問題有:物流終端配送成本過高,適用于電子商務(wù)的物流配送方式缺乏完備,配送環(huán)節(jié)、特別是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展的趨勢下,呈現(xiàn)出物流配送信息化、無紙化程度較低等情況。2015年,中央國務(wù)院副總理汪洋在北京召開“部分城市物流工作座談”,會(huì)上指出:物流業(yè)發(fā)展總體相對(duì)滯后,物流行業(yè)的配送效率低、物流費(fèi)用高等問題,導(dǎo)致城市“最后一公里”配送難、配送成本高問題顯著。在此大環(huán)境下,物流配送、簽收環(huán)節(jié)的無紙化應(yīng)用對(duì)解決此類問題顯得尤為重要。而云計(jì)算技術(shù)的成熟,也推動(dòng)了以大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用為標(biāo)志的智慧物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。其中,大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用環(huán)境下無紙化簽收環(huán)節(jié)的安全、可信、高效,切實(shí)符合我國物流相關(guān)法律法規(guī)是解決物流行業(yè)配送效率低下的最根本途徑。本文通過對(duì)物流行業(yè)無紙化應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及市場前景進(jìn)行多方位的分析與實(shí)證,并對(duì)市場需求做出詳細(xì)預(yù)測,研究安全物流行業(yè)無紙化簽收系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),以可信電子簽章技術(shù)與可信電子認(rèn)證服務(wù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)信息技術(shù)和優(yōu)化配送終端設(shè)備,有效解決物流行業(yè)配送環(huán)節(jié)、簽收環(huán)節(jié)無紙化應(yīng)用過程中出現(xiàn)的身份認(rèn)證、證據(jù)保全、證據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)查閱等關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)物流簽收的全程電子化。本文通過研究成果實(shí)踐,對(duì)規(guī)范、構(gòu)建安全、可信、“綠色”物流供應(yīng)鏈生態(tài)環(huán)境和規(guī)范電子商務(wù)非現(xiàn)場經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序意義重大。
[Abstract]:Based on the rise of e-commerce, non-field transactions increase, non-site economic model is complete. The popularity of the Internet and the increasing acceptance of e-commerce by ordinary people, the degree of habit has promoted the rapid development of logistics industry. Logistics industry is also hidden behind the decline in terminal distribution service level hidden dangers. Nowadays, the main problems of logistics terminal distribution are: the cost of logistics terminal distribution is too high, the logistics distribution mode suitable for electronic commerce is not complete, the distribution link, especially the trend of rapid development of mobile Internet. In 2015, Vice Premier Wang Yang of the State Council held a "discussion on logistics work in some cities" in Beijing, at which he pointed out that the development of logistics industry is generally lagging behind. The low efficiency of logistics industry and the high cost of logistics lead to the distribution of the last kilometer of the city is difficult, and the problem of high distribution cost is obvious. In this environment, the paperless application of logistics distribution and signature is very important to solve this kind of problem. The maturity of cloud computing technology, but also promoted the application of big data as the symbol of the development of intelligent logistics industry. Among them, the safety, credibility, high efficiency and conformity with the relevant laws and regulations of logistics industry under the application environment of big data is the most fundamental way to solve the low efficiency of distribution in logistics industry. Based on the analysis and demonstration of the present situation and market prospect of paperless application software in logistics industry, this paper makes a detailed prediction of market demand, and studies the key technology of paperless signature system in safety logistics industry. Based on trusted electronic signature technology and trusted electronic authentication service, combined with big data information technology and optimization of distribution terminal equipment, it effectively solves the problem of identity authentication in the process of paperless application of the logistics industry and signing and receiving links. Evidence preservation, evidence query, data access and other key technical issues to achieve the full electronic logistics signature. This paper, through the practice of research results, is of great significance for standardizing, constructing safe, credible, "green" logistics supply chain ecological environment and standardizing the off-site economic order of e-commerce.
