國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)中國(guó)就業(yè)的影響

【摘要】:就業(yè)問(wèn)題一直都是備受各國(guó)政府及學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的重大經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)難題。對(duì)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)關(guān)鍵時(shí)期的中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō),就業(yè)問(wèn)題能否得以有效解決直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的成敗,國(guó)際服務(wù)外包具有技術(shù)附加值高、對(duì)環(huán)境污染少、吸納勞動(dòng)力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化浪潮中發(fā)展越來(lái)越迅速,成為了國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的主要形式。本文旨在研究國(guó)際服務(wù)外包與中國(guó)就業(yè)之間的關(guān)系,文章分為六部分,著重探討服務(wù)外包對(duì)于制造業(yè)就業(yè)水平的影響。第一部分是導(dǎo)論部分,主要闡述本課題研就的目的及國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果;第二部分闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)生的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分闡述我國(guó)國(guó)際服務(wù)外包發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及我國(guó)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀;第四部分分析了國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)水平的影響機(jī)制;第五章基于計(jì)量模型回歸分析的實(shí)證研究;第六章根據(jù)模型分析的結(jié)論,對(duì)未來(lái)我國(guó)服務(wù)外包對(duì)制造業(yè)就業(yè)提出的政策建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)際服務(wù)外包與就業(yè)之間有著明顯的聯(lián)系,國(guó)際服務(wù)外包能夠大大的提高勞動(dòng)者的生產(chǎn)技能,提高勞動(dòng)者的素質(zhì),這對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的影響。
[Abstract]:Employment has always been a major economic and social problem concerned by governments and academia. For China, which is in the critical period of economic development mode transformation and economic structural transformation and upgrading, whether or not the employment problem can be effectively solved is directly related to the success or failure of the healthy and sustainable development of the economy and the upgrading of the economic structure. International service outsourcing has the characteristics of high added value of technology, less pollution to the environment and strong absorption of labor force. It has developed more and more rapidly in the tide of economic globalization and has become the main form of international industrial transfer. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between international service outsourcing and employment in China. The article is divided into six parts, focusing on the impact of service outsourcing on the employment level of manufacturing industry. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly describes the purpose of this topic and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the second part expounds the theoretical basis of the emergence of service outsourcing at home and abroad. The third part describes the development of international service outsourcing in China and the current situation of employment structure in China; the fourth part analyzes the impact mechanism of international service outsourcing on the employment level in China; chapter 5, empirical research based on econometric model regression analysis; In chapter 6, according to the conclusion of the model analysis, the policy recommendations of service outsourcing on manufacturing employment in the future are put forward. The study found that there is a clear relationship between international service outsourcing and employment, international service outsourcing can greatly improve the production skills of workers, improve the quality of workers, this adjustment of China's industrial structure, The sustained development of economic and social health has a positive impact.
