【摘要】：文章首先分析了對外貿(mào)易和FDI對區(qū)域間人力資本人口配置結(jié)構(gòu)差異的影響機(jī)理。然后基于1990-2013年的省級面板數(shù)據(jù),采用系統(tǒng)廣義矩估計方法實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)東部地區(qū)的對外貿(mào)易和FDI降低了人力資本基尼系數(shù),通過了顯著性檢驗(yàn),中西部地區(qū)的對外貿(mào)易和FDI也降低了人力資本基尼系數(shù),但沒有通過顯著性檢驗(yàn),即三大區(qū)域?qū)ν赓Q(mào)易和FDI優(yōu)化了各自區(qū)域人力資本人口配置結(jié)構(gòu)。最后我們利用泰爾系數(shù)分別計算出區(qū)域間對外貿(mào)易和FDI差異,利用人力資本基尼系數(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差系數(shù)來衡量區(qū)域間人力資本人口配置結(jié)構(gòu)差異,進(jìn)行回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)區(qū)域間對外貿(mào)易和FDI差異拉大了區(qū)域間人力資本人口配置結(jié)構(gòu)差異。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the influence mechanism of foreign trade and FDI on regional human capital population structure difference. Then, based on the provincial panel data from 1990 to 2013, the empirical study using the system generalized moment estimation method shows that the foreign trade and FDI in the eastern region reduce the Gini coefficient of human capital, and pass the significance test. The foreign trade and FDI of the central and western regions also reduced the Gini coefficient of human capital, but failed to pass the significance test, that is, the three regions' foreign trade and FDI optimized the population structure of human capital in their respective regions. Finally, we calculate the difference of regional foreign trade and FDI by using Thiel coefficient, and use the standard deviation coefficient of Gini coefficient of human capital to measure the difference of population structure of human capital among regions, and make regression analysis. It is found that the regional differences in foreign trade and FDI increase the regional differences in the population allocation of human capital.
