結(jié)構(gòu)功能主義視角下鄭州市城中村改造問題研究

【摘要】：城中村是我國特有的城鄉(xiāng)二元體制背景下的特殊產(chǎn)物,是城市化快速進程中的特殊現(xiàn)象。近些年來,隨著城市化進程的不斷推進和深入,城中村的拆遷改造問題逐步浮出水面,成為了城市發(fā)展中的不和諧音符,也阻礙著城市的發(fā)展。城中村的拆遷改造工作是一項復(fù)雜而又無法回避的工作,涉及到土地確權(quán)、戶籍、物權(quán)、征地、安置補償?shù)缺姸鄦栴},同時,城中村的拆遷改造工作,也考驗著政府的行政管理能力,城市規(guī)劃能力和社會管理能力。本文通過研究并借鑒國內(nèi)外城中村拆遷改造的經(jīng)驗和理論,結(jié)合鄭州市的實際情形,對鄭州市的城中村改造現(xiàn)狀和問題進行了較為詳細和系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,闡釋了城中村的概念和成因,同時,通過對鄭州市城中村改造進程的梳理和分析,對其中存在的問題和困境進行了進一步的探索,最后,筆者提出了相應(yīng)的對策和解決路徑,并對其進行了可行性分析。
[Abstract]:The village in the city is a special product under the background of the dual system of urban and rural areas in China, and it is a special phenomenon in the rapid process of urbanization. In recent years, with the advancement and deepening of the urbanization process, the problem of the demolition and transformation of the villages in the city has gradually surfaced, which has become a disharmonious note in the development of the city, and also hinders the development of the city. The demolition and reconstruction of villages in the city is a complex and unavoidable work, which involves many issues such as the right to land confirmation, household registration, real right, land requisition, compensation for resettlement, and so on. At the same time, the demolition and reconstruction of villages in the city, It also tests the ability of government administration, urban planning and social management. By studying and learning from the experience and theory of urban village demolition and reconstruction at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of Zhengzhou City, this paper makes a detailed and systematic study on the present situation and problems of urban village reconstruction in Zhengzhou City. First of all, it explains the concept and cause of formation of the village in the city, at the same time, through combing and analyzing the transformation process of the village in the city of Zhengzhou, it further explores the existing problems and difficulties. The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the solution path, and carries on the feasibility analysis to it.
