【摘要】：城市的發(fā)展歷程中,依托資源開(kāi)發(fā)而發(fā)展起來(lái)的城市,稱(chēng)之為資源型城市,該類(lèi)型城市在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中一直以來(lái)具有舉足輕重的作用。然而,伴隨資源儲(chǔ)量的逐漸枯竭,以資源為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的資源型城市普遍面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)單一、資源過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)、信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)聚集等一系列問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)其經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)成為資源型城市健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文基于這一現(xiàn)實(shí)背景,從新型金融模式構(gòu)建的視角出發(fā),研究探索金融支持我國(guó)資源型城市經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的創(chuàng)新途徑與創(chuàng)新方法,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of cities, the cities developed by the development of resources are called resource-based cities, which have always played an important role in the national economy of our country. However, with the gradual depletion of resource reserves, resource-based cities, which are dominated by resources, generally face a series of problems, such as single economic structure, over-exploitation of resources, accumulation of credit risks, and so on. Promoting its economic transformation and upgrading has become the key to the healthy and sustainable development of resource-based cities. Based on this realistic background and from the perspective of the construction of a new financial model, this paper explores the innovative ways and methods of finance to support the economic transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities in China, which has important theoretical significance and practical value.
