【摘要】：本文以20世紀(jì)福州自來水事業(yè)為研究對(duì)象。以檔案、報(bào)紙及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料為基礎(chǔ),以前人研究成果為借鑒,對(duì)福州自來水事業(yè)的緣起、建設(shè)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行分析研究,試圖還原福州自來水事業(yè)的曲折進(jìn)程,探索自來水與福州城市生活變遷之間的聯(lián)系,以求對(duì)當(dāng)今公用事業(yè)建設(shè)有所借鑒。自來水建成之前,福州城區(qū)居民用水以江、河水和井水為主,隨著城市發(fā)展及衛(wèi)生觀念的增強(qiáng),自來水事業(yè)被提上日程,自民國(guó)18年開始籌建到1956年正式建成供水,在將近三十年時(shí)間里建建停停,一波三折,建成后,隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而不斷壯大,最終形成完善的供水系統(tǒng)。自來水的出現(xiàn)對(duì)福州疾病預(yù)防控制、消防進(jìn)步及城市衛(wèi)生的改善都起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。研究福州自來水事業(yè)有助于人們了解自來水建設(shè)的曲折性,引導(dǎo)人們樹立節(jié)約用水、珍惜水資源的觀念,同時(shí)對(duì)當(dāng)今福州城市建設(shè)也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Fuzhou water industry in the 20 th century as the research object. On the basis of archives, newspapers and related documents and previous research achievements, this paper analyzes and studies the origin, construction, development and impact of Fuzhou's tap water industry, and attempts to restore the tortuous process of Fuzhou's tap water industry. To explore the relationship between tap water and urban life changes in Fuzhou, in order to draw lessons from the construction of public utilities. Before the construction of tap water, the residents of Fuzhou city mainly used river, river and well water. With the development of the city and the enhancement of sanitation concept, water supply was put on the agenda. From the beginning of the year of 1918 to the formal completion of the water supply in 1956, In nearly 30 years, construction stopped, twists and turns, after completion, with the development of the national economy and continue to grow, and finally formed a perfect water supply system. The appearance of tap water plays an important role in disease prevention and control, fire control and urban hygiene improvement in Fuzhou. The study of Fuzhou water supply is helpful for people to understand the tortuosity of tap water construction, guide people to set up the idea of saving water and cherishing water resources, and at the same time, it has certain reference significance to Fuzhou city construction.
