【摘要】：銀行業(yè)在金融業(yè)中處于核心地位。在金融資源有限的情況下,要想使銀行業(yè)的作用得到最大程度的發(fā)揮,必須提高銀行業(yè)效率。如今金融業(yè)的競爭愈發(fā)激烈,銀行業(yè)效率的重要性也日益凸顯。銀行業(yè)效率的提升,不僅能使銀行在激烈的競爭中脫穎而出,而且對一個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長也有著積極的作用。本文重點考察銀行業(yè)效率的地區(qū)差異及其經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。城市經(jīng)濟(jì)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中不可或缺的一部分,通過發(fā)展各城市銀行業(yè)來促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展一直是理論界和實務(wù)界的研究熱點,但大部分研究只局限于全球性、國家性或區(qū)域性的研究。而本文選取山東省各地級市作為研究對象,研究山東省不同地區(qū)銀行業(yè)效率的高低,以及各地區(qū)銀行業(yè)效率對自身經(jīng)濟(jì)增長產(chǎn)生的影響及其差異性。本文研究的銀行業(yè)效率指銀行技術(shù)效率。在測量各地級市的銀行業(yè)效率時,本文采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析中的超效率DEA模型。通過對山東省各地級市2004-2013年銀行業(yè)技術(shù)效率的比較,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)：銀行效率的前四名分別是濟(jì)南市、濱州市、菏澤市和東營市,銀行業(yè)效率較高；后四名分別是威海市、濰坊市、泰安市和濟(jì)寧市,銀行業(yè)效率較低；而棗莊市、聊城市、臨沂市、萊蕪市、青島市和德州市6個城市的銀行業(yè)效率處于中間位置。而且,通過對歷年銀行業(yè)效率變化趨勢的分析,針對不同的城市應(yīng)采取不同的應(yīng)對方法。在分析各城市銀行業(yè)效率對自身經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生的影響時,本文采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型中的變參數(shù)模型,通過實證分析得出了山東省各城市的銀行業(yè)效率系數(shù)。結(jié)果顯示：山東省各地級市中,有濟(jì)南市等13個城市的銀行業(yè)效率對地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長影響顯著,起到了良好的促進(jìn)作用。青島市發(fā)展良好的銀行業(yè)效率卻對自身經(jīng)濟(jì)增長沒有產(chǎn)生良好的促進(jìn)作用,是其亟需解決的難題。在上述研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文嘗試提出一些政策建議以供參考：山東省政府及各地級市政府應(yīng)通過提高監(jiān)管水平、加強(qiáng)人力管理、推動利率市場化等有效措施提高本地的銀行效率,使銀行業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形成良性互動的關(guān)系,從而實現(xiàn)全方位的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Banking is at the heart of the financial industry. In the case of limited financial resources, we must improve the efficiency of banking if we want to maximize the role of banking. Nowadays, the competition in financial industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the importance of banking efficiency is becoming more and more prominent. The improvement of banking efficiency can not only make banks stand out in the fierce competition, but also play a positive role in the economic growth of a region. This paper focuses on the regional differences of banking efficiency and its economic effects. Urban economy is an indispensable part of the national economy. It has been a hot research topic in theory and practice to promote the development of urban economy through the development of urban banking, but most of the research is limited to the global. Research of a national or regional nature This paper chooses each prefecture-level city of Shandong Province as the research object, studies the level of banking efficiency in different regions of Shandong Province, and the influence and difference of each region's banking efficiency on its own economic growth. The banking efficiency studied in this paper refers to the technical efficiency of banks. In order to measure the banking efficiency of each prefectural city, this paper adopts the super-efficiency DEA model in data envelopment analysis. By comparing the technical efficiency of banking industry between 2004 and 2013 in various prefectural cities in Shandong Province, it can be found that the first four places of banking efficiency are Jinan, Binzhou, Heze and Dongying, and the last four are Weihai and Weifang, respectively. The banking efficiency of Taian City and Jining City is low, while that of Zaozhuang City, Liaocheng City, Linyi City, Laiwu City, Qingdao City and Dezhou City is in the middle position. Moreover, through the analysis of the trend of banking efficiency, different cities should adopt different methods. In the analysis of the impact of the efficiency of each city banking on their own economy, this paper adopts the variable parameter model in the panel data model, and obtains the efficiency coefficient of each city of Shandong Province by empirical analysis. The results show that the banking efficiency of 13 cities in Shandong Province has a significant impact on the regional economic growth and plays a good role in promoting the regional economic growth. Qingdao's well-developed banking efficiency does not play a good role in promoting its economic growth, which is a difficult problem to be solved. On the basis of the above conclusions, this paper tries to put forward some policy suggestions for reference: the Shandong provincial government and the prefectural government should strengthen the manpower management by improving the supervision level. To promote the interest rate marketization and other effective measures to improve the efficiency of local banks, so that the banking industry and economic development form a benign interactive relationship, so as to achieve all-round coordinated development.
