【摘要】：就業(yè)問題不容忽視又較為復(fù)雜,即便在經(jīng)濟學(xué)領(lǐng)域也牽涉到多個層面。廣西不僅農(nóng)村人口眾多,并且農(nóng)村少數(shù)民族人口占有很大的比重,因此在農(nóng)村人口就業(yè)問題上具有一定的特殊性。本文通過隱性失業(yè)、柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)、劉易斯拐點等方法從宏觀層面探討廣西農(nóng)村現(xiàn)存的就業(yè)問題;通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)偏差系數(shù)、就業(yè)相關(guān)系數(shù)等方法從中觀層面探求其中的結(jié)構(gòu)性問題;結(jié)合實際情況從微觀上尋找造成這一問題的部分原因,并結(jié)合宏、中、微三個層面所暴露出的問題提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The issue of employment cannot be ignored and complex, even in the field of economics involves many aspects. Guangxi not only has a large rural population, but also has a large proportion of rural minority population, so it has a certain particularity in the employment of rural population. This paper discusses the existing employment problems in the rural areas of Guangxi from the macro level through the methods of recessive unemployment, Cobb-Douglas production function, Lewis inflection point, and the coefficient of employment deviation through the industrial structure. The methods such as employment correlation coefficient explore the structural problems from the meso level, combine with the actual situation to find out some causes of this problem from the micro level, and combine with the problems exposed in the macro, middle and micro levels to put forward the relevant suggestions.
