我國相鄰區(qū)域人力資本與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的非線性關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:文章采用中國31個省市1995-2013年的年度面板數(shù)據(jù)將交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為門限變量,使用面板門限模型研究交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與人力資本的跨區(qū)域溢出、人力資本的跨區(qū)域溢出對我國相鄰區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響,并探討了交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力是否具有門限效應。研究結(jié)果表明:人力資本具有空間溢出效應,不僅對本區(qū)域的技術(shù)進步產(chǎn)生影響,而且通過交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,對相鄰區(qū)域的創(chuàng)新能力也具有顯著影響。同時,人力資本對中國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力具有交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施單門限效應,公路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施門限值分別為4.496和2.766。意味著當公路密度和鐵路密度的對數(shù)值小于門限值時,交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善,區(qū)域之間人力資本流動的空間成本較大,區(qū)域間隱形知識的流動較少,從而對相鄰區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的提升也有限。當交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施大于門檻值時,交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施較為完善,對相鄰區(qū)域之間人力資本的頻繁流動起到了重要作用。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the annual panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 1995 to 2013 to take the traffic infrastructure as the threshold variable and uses the panel threshold model to study the cross-regional spillover between transport infrastructure and human capital. The influence of cross-regional spillover of human capital on the innovation ability of adjacent regions in China is discussed. Whether the transportation infrastructure has threshold effect on regional innovation ability is discussed. The results show that human capital has a spatial spillover effect, which not only has an impact on the technological progress of the region, but also has a significant impact on the innovation ability of adjacent regions through the transportation infrastructure. At the same time, human capital has a single threshold effect on regional innovation in China. The threshold of highway infrastructure and railway infrastructure is 4.496 and 2.766respectively. It means that when the logarithm of highway density and railway density is less than the threshold, the transportation infrastructure is not perfect, the spatial cost of human capital flows between regions is higher, and the flow of hidden knowledge between regions is less. Therefore, the promotion of the innovation ability of adjacent regions is also limited. When the traffic infrastructure is larger than the threshold, the traffic infrastructure is relatively perfect, which plays an important role in the frequent flow of human capital between adjacent regions.
