【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,自有資金已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,即使硬件設(shè)施跟得上,但是由于資金不足,不能投入生產(chǎn),往往會(huì)導(dǎo)致錯(cuò)失良機(jī),造成損失。這時(shí)候很多企業(yè)會(huì)選擇借款去進(jìn)行投資或者繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而獲得更大的利潤(rùn)。負(fù)債經(jīng)營(yíng)可以給企業(yè)帶來利潤(rùn),但是同時(shí),也存在各種各樣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),稍有不慎,就會(huì)陷入財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)。本文結(jié)合佳兆業(yè)集團(tuán)的實(shí)例,分析企業(yè)在負(fù)債經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),使企業(yè)正確認(rèn)識(shí)這種籌資方式,改善資金狀況、規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤(rùn)最大化。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises and the expansion of scale, their own funds can not meet the development needs of enterprises, even if the hardware facilities can keep up, but due to the lack of funds, can not put into production, will often lead to missed opportunities, resulting in losses. At this point, many companies will choose to borrow to invest or continue to expand their scale, improve their competitiveness, thereby making greater profits. Debt management can bring profit to enterprises, but at the same time, there are all kinds of risks, a little carelessness, will fall into financial crisis. Combined with the example of Jiazhao Group, this paper analyzes the various risks existing in the debt management of the enterprises, so that the enterprises can correctly understand the financing mode, improve the capital situation, avoid the risks and realize the maximization of the profits of the enterprises.
