【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的核心是轉(zhuǎn)型,真正的轉(zhuǎn)型是人的轉(zhuǎn)型。當(dāng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨新常態(tài)之后,世界上最龐大的群體——中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人正在發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)型。這一轉(zhuǎn)型將不僅決定中國(guó)人口素質(zhì)的提高以及中國(guó)人的發(fā)展,更關(guān)涉到中國(guó)改革的成敗和中華民族的前途命運(yùn)。在供給側(cè)改革過(guò)程中,產(chǎn)業(yè)工人轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題變得越來(lái)越突出:一方面供給側(cè)改革淘汰落后產(chǎn)能,"關(guān)停并轉(zhuǎn)"部分"僵尸企業(yè)",這將涉及到這些企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)工人向何處去的問(wèn)題;另一方面供給側(cè)改革對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的技術(shù)能力、智能結(jié)構(gòu)也提出了更高的要求,要求增加中高端產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的供給。物的生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,制約著人的生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)型。本文從馬克思主義唯物史觀思想的視角,透視物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)與人的生產(chǎn)的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)、分析物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變與人的生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)型的辯證關(guān)系,提出新常態(tài)下中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的方向與路徑及轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The core of the new normal state of economy is transformation, and the real transformation is the transformation of human beings. As China's economy faces a new normal, the world's largest group of industrial workers is undergoing a transformation. This transformation will not only determine the quality of China's population and the development of the Chinese people, but also the success or failure of China's reform and the future and destiny of the Chinese nation. In the process of supply-side reform, the problem of industrial workers' transformation becomes more and more prominent: on the one hand, supply-side reforms eliminate backward production capacity, "shut down and turn" some "zombie enterprises", which will involve the problem of where the industrial workers of these enterprises are going; On the other hand, the supply-side reform has put forward higher requirements for the technical ability and intelligent structure of industrial workers, which requires to increase the supply of middle-high-end industrial workers. The transformation of the mode of production of things restricts the transformation of the mode of production of human beings. From the perspective of Marxist historical materialism, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between material production and human production, and analyzes the dialectical relationship between the transformation of material production mode and the transformation of human production mode. This paper puts forward the direction, path and target of the transformation and development of Chinese industrial workers under the new normal.
