【摘要】：云南國際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)對云南-東盟的貿(mào)易往來有一定的促進(jìn)作用。中國與東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)談判“升級版”簽訂的《議定書》生效后,中國東盟貿(mào)易將越來越密切,同時(shí)也對云南省國際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)提出了新的要求。但是,目前云南國際物流建設(shè)還不完善,云南國際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)仍需加強(qiáng)。世界銀行對各國物流發(fā)展水平LPI指標(biāo)的評定,統(tǒng)一地對各國的物流水平做出了評價(jià),LPI指標(biāo)的評定包括六個(gè)方面：(1)清關(guān)效率；(2)物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施質(zhì)量；(3)國際運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量；(4)物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量；(5)貨物追蹤能力；(6)貨物運(yùn)輸及時(shí)性。這是評定和分析各國物流發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的主要指標(biāo),對于國際物流研究有很大參考意義。本文從云南-東盟貿(mào)易視角來分析云南國際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)。首先,研究云南省的運(yùn)輸通道網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局及未來的規(guī)劃,分析運(yùn)輸通道網(wǎng)絡(luò)對云南-東盟貿(mào)易的影響,找出影響云南與東盟貿(mào)易的各個(gè)因素。其次,建立云南-東盟貿(mào)易的引力模型,分別求出物流績效指標(biāo)的六個(gè)方面對云南-東盟貿(mào)易量的回歸模型,將物流績效指標(biāo)及其他變量代入模型,得出物流績效的六項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對云南-東盟貿(mào)易的影響,從而找出云南省國際物流建設(shè)的優(yōu)先領(lǐng)域。最后,針對加快云南省國際物流建設(shè)提出相應(yīng)對策。
[Abstract]:Yunnan international logistics industry promotes Yunnan-ASEAN trade to some extent. After the "protocol" signed in the "upgraded version" of the negotiation between China and ASEAN becomes effective, the trade between China and ASEAN will become closer and closer. At the same time, new requirements are put forward to the international logistics industry in Yunnan Province. However, Yunnan international logistics construction is not perfect, Yunnan international logistics industry construction still needs to be strengthened. The World Bank's Evaluation of the LPI Index of Logistics Development level in various countries, The evaluation of logistics level of different countries includes six aspects: 1) the efficiency of customs clearance and 2) the quality of logistics infrastructure. 4) quality of logistics service. 5) traceability of goods and 6) timeliness of cargo transportation. This is the main index to evaluate and analyze the development of logistics in various countries, which is of great reference significance to the research of international logistics. This paper analyzes Yunnan international logistics industry from the perspective of Yunnan-ASEAN trade. Firstly, this paper studies the layout and future planning of Yunnan transport corridor network, analyzes the influence of transport corridor network on Yunnan-ASEAN trade, and finds out the factors that affect Yunnan and ASEAN trade. Secondly, the gravity model of Yunnan-ASEAN trade is established, and the regression model of Yunnan-ASEAN trade volume from six aspects of logistics performance index is obtained, and the logistics performance index and other variables are substituted into the model. The influence of six indicators of logistics performance on Yunnan-ASEAN trade is obtained, and the priority areas of Yunnan international logistics construction are found out. Finally, to speed up the construction of international logistics in Yunnan Province to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
