【摘要】：當(dāng)前城市棚戶區(qū)改造后的回遷社區(qū)依然成為社會治理盲區(qū),其治理之道不僅在于簡單地進(jìn)行空間改造,而是堅(jiān)持在歷史連續(xù)性治理理念的指導(dǎo)下,將城市棚戶區(qū)的形成與回遷等問題均置于單位體制變遷的新舊因素互動框架之中,挖掘單位社會自身在組織、動員、社會空間、單位人主體性等方面的優(yōu)勢,在單位人再組織化、健全動員機(jī)制、重塑社區(qū)認(rèn)同感、激活單位人抗逆力等方面,對棚戶區(qū)進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢治理。
[Abstract]:At present, the urban shantytown rehousing community is still a blind area of social governance. The way to manage it lies not only in the simple transformation of space, but also under the guidance of the concept of historical continuity. The formation and relocation of urban shantytowns are placed in the interactive framework of the new and old factors of the unit system change, and the advantages of the unit society in organizing, mobilizing, social space and the subjectivity of the unit people are excavated. In the aspects of reorganizing unit people, perfecting mobilization mechanism, reshaping community identity, activating unit people's resistance to adversity and so on, the advantages of shantytown management are carried out.
