【摘要】：在全球金融危機(jī)和歐債危機(jī)的雙重沖擊下,英國(guó)青年群體的住房路徑發(fā)生了明顯的變化,呈現(xiàn)出購(gòu)買自有住房年齡推后、租房和"回巢"青年比重增加等特點(diǎn)。英國(guó)青年住房路徑的變遷有其深刻的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和政策原因。面對(duì)英國(guó)青年群體的多元化住房路徑,英國(guó)政府出臺(tái)了一系列青年住房支持政策,以減輕青年面臨的住房壓力。英國(guó)青年住房支持政策覆蓋商品房市場(chǎng)、社會(huì)住房部門、私人住房租賃市場(chǎng)三大領(lǐng)域,為青年群體提供層層推進(jìn)、相互銜接的綜合性住房支持。中國(guó)可以借鑒英國(guó)青年住房支持政策的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),制定符合中國(guó)國(guó)情的青年住房政策,讓中國(guó)的青年人也能夠住有所居。
[Abstract]:Under the double impact of the global financial crisis and the European debt crisis, the housing path of the British youth group has changed obviously, showing the characteristics of delaying the age of buying self-owned housing and increasing the proportion of the young people who rent and "go home". There are profound economic, social and policy reasons for the change of British youth housing path. In the face of the diversified housing path of the British youth group, the British government has introduced a series of youth housing support policies to alleviate the housing pressure faced by young people. The British youth housing support policy covers three major fields: the commercial housing market, the social housing sector and the private housing rental market. China can draw lessons from the successful experience of the British youth housing support policy and formulate a youth housing policy in accordance with China's national conditions so that Chinese young people can also live there.
