【摘要】：使用SBM方向性距離函數(shù)和Malmquist-Luenberger指數(shù),測(cè)算并分解了中國(guó)66個(gè)城市的綠色全要素生產(chǎn)率(TFP),并運(yùn)用空間杜賓模型探討其空間溢出效應(yīng)。研究認(rèn)為:前沿技術(shù)進(jìn)步是綠色TFP增長(zhǎng)的主要貢獻(xiàn)因素,而環(huán)境技術(shù)效率的改善卻比較滯后;66個(gè)城市的綠色TFP顯示出較大的地區(qū)差異,但是存在空間溢出;其中人力資本對(duì)綠色TFP的增長(zhǎng)不僅具有空間溢出效應(yīng),也具有明顯的本地促進(jìn)效應(yīng),而RD僅具有空間溢出效應(yīng),本地促進(jìn)效應(yīng)并不明顯。
[Abstract]:Using SBM directional distance function and Malmquist-Luenberger index, the green total factor productivity (TFP) of 66 cities in China is calculated and decomposed, and the spatial spillover effect is discussed by using spatial Doberbin model. The research shows that: the advance of technology is the main contribution factor of green TFP growth, but the improvement of environmental technical efficiency lags behind, the green TFP of 66 cities shows great regional differences, but there is spatial spillover. Human capital not only has spatial spillover effect on green TFP growth, but also has obvious local promotion effect, while Rd has only spatial spillover effect, but local promotion effect is not obvious.
