【摘要】：文章以湖北省12個地級市作為研究樣本,構(gòu)建有效的投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo),基于2008—2013年六年間的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),分別采用經(jīng)典CCR模型與DEA交叉模型計算各自城市效率,對結(jié)果進行比較分析,并通過虛擬DMU的引入,明確各決策單元的提升空間。研究表明,2008—2013年間,湖北省整體效率偏低,效率發(fā)揮程度約為理想狀態(tài)的一半,且城市之間效率差別明顯,具有實業(yè)支撐的城市效率明顯高于無實業(yè)支撐的城市,無論是湖北省還是各地市級,城市效率提升空間均較大。
[Abstract]:This paper takes 12 prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province as research samples to construct effective input-output index. Based on the statistical data of six years from 2008 to 2013, the paper uses classical CCR model and DEA cross-model to calculate the efficiency of their respective cities. The results are compared and analyzed, and the lifting space of each decision making unit is defined by the introduction of virtual DMU. From 2008 to 2013, the overall efficiency of Hubei Province is on the low side, the degree of efficiency is about half of the ideal state, and there are obvious differences in efficiency between cities. The efficiency of cities with industrial support is obviously higher than that of cities without industrial support. No matter Hubei province or all over the city level, the city efficiency promotion space is bigger.
