【摘要】：基于知識(shí)圖譜理論,對(duì)Web of Science核心數(shù)據(jù)集收錄的1900-2016年間的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)文量、發(fā)文國(guó)家、發(fā)文學(xué)科、被引文獻(xiàn)、關(guān)鍵詞等進(jìn)行可視化分析,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)當(dāng)前知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究處于穩(wěn)步上升階段,美國(guó)、英國(guó)、德國(guó)引領(lǐng)全球知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展,中國(guó)后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,從國(guó)際合作上看,全球知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)跨國(guó)合作研究匱乏。(2)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究趨勢(shì)日趨多樣化,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、企業(yè)在更寬更廣范圍內(nèi)的泛在研究成為主流。(3)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的研究方向主要為知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)溢出、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移與流動(dòng)、新興技術(shù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)與跨界資本輸入等方面。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of knowledge map, this paper makes a visual analysis of the amount of intellectual property rights related documents collected in the core data set of Web of Science from 1900-2016, the sending country, the publishing subject, the cited documents, the key words, etc. The research results show that the current research on intellectual property rights is on a steady rise. The United States, Britain and Germany are leading the development of global intellectual property rights, and China has an obvious advantage in latecomer development. In terms of international cooperation, Lack of global intellectual property transnational cooperation research. (2) the trend of intellectual property research is becoming more and more diversified, intellectual property rights, economy, The main research directions of enterprises in a wider and broader scope are intellectual property management and intellectual property spillover, intellectual property transfer and flow, and intellectual property protection of emerging technologies. Intellectual property rights and cross-boundary capital import and so on.
