【摘要】：本文估算了兩種不同口徑的單位勞動成本,并基于三角模型對中國單位勞動成本與通貨膨脹的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗。研究結(jié)果表明,城鎮(zhèn)非私營單位的勞動力成本對通脹有顯著影響,而私營企業(yè)的勞動力成本對通脹沒有顯著影響。主要原因在于非私營單位特別是國有企業(yè)具有一定的市場勢力,可以將勞動力成本的提高部分轉(zhuǎn)嫁到產(chǎn)品價格上,從而推動通貨膨脹。而私營企業(yè)很少具備這種市場勢力,使其勞動力成本對通脹影響不顯著。因此營造公平公正的市場競爭環(huán)境、推動國有企業(yè)改革、打破壟斷等供給側(cè)改革措施,不僅可以提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率,還可以在一定程度上減輕由于勞動力供給變化帶來的通脹壓力。
[Abstract]:This paper estimates two kinds of unit labor cost with different calibre and makes an empirical test on the relationship between unit labor cost and inflation in China based on triangular model. The results show that the labor cost of urban non-private sector has a significant impact on inflation, while the labor cost of private enterprise has no significant impact on inflation. The main reason is that non-private enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, have certain market power, which can transfer the increase of labor cost to the price of products, thus promoting inflation. Private firms have little such market power, making their labor costs less inflationary. Therefore, creating a fair and just market competition environment, promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises, breaking monopoly and other supply-side reform measures can not only improve economic efficiency, but also alleviate the inflationary pressure brought about by the change of labor supply to a certain extent.
